Classic movie with one of the finest scripts ever conceived.

Though it was production-line propaganda written as cameras rolled. Bogey and Begman's wartime dalliance somehow emerged as one of Hollywood's most loved and misqouted movies--aided considerably by Claude Rains' wonderfully cynical humour. Play it. Again and again and again.

    MY APPRAISAL

I don't know if writing a review about the possibly Hollywood's most popular yet prestigious masterpiece is a suitable act. I have to state it one more time, that I'm no classic junkie wannabe or what. But as a matter of fact, I need to witness something everybody are worshipping about through the ages. And after I did witness it, here's my thought.

Casablanca is truly heartwrenching and classic. It has many memorable quotes and scenes we'll remember forever. The screenplay is excellent, performance by Ingrid Bergman and Humphrey Bogart are certainly first rate and the next coming years, we will all remember Rick Blain and Ilsa Lund as Hollywood's best screen couple.
And as time goes by, Casablanca will always have its charm.

    "We'll always have Paris."

Casablanca is the reason you go to movies: to see a wonderful story that absorbs and makes you forget you are watching a film. Will forever be remembered as the greatest achievement to ever come out of the Hollywood studio system.

classic love story.. i just loved it.. Both Humphrey Bogart n Ingrid Bergman was too romantic..

This movie is wonderfully scripted and the characters will literally absorb the audience by its sheer enigma..

Another movie which changed the way i looked at movies.. amazing watch..

Rick is my hero and Rick’s American Cafe is my good sample.
Music “ As Time goes By” is especially remarkable.

The two individuals who gave thumbs down to the suggestion "The English Patient" are fucking morons that can't compare a film for their life.

You don't need to thank me for such a blatantly obvious reminder.
