if there is a third one, which would be awesome, whose gonna play the joker? its gonna be really hard to match or top heath ledgers performance. and is there gonna be another villan (i want to see the penguin in one)?

WOW! I think that's a great idea. Nolan made this film so fantastic it was worth it! I will defenetly cant wait for a third one. Joker's character was one of the best villains ever made and created by Robinson. He defenetly (86 years old creator of this character) deserves all the credit. Ledger should win an Oscar. Scarecrow/Crane (IM IN LOVE). Cillian's performance was little but worth it...loved that conection from his escape to his arrest. Rachel and Two-Face (ONE WORD): REST Y_Y. Anyway, good news and yeah! Cant wait for that third movie. Hope THE RIDDLE comes back as on those comics they will use said (LOST HALLOWEEN and DARK VICTORIA).

they are gonna use CGI and video stills for the joker in the next batman movie. they are gonna use the same method the the producer and director used for completing "The Crow" when brandon lee died during the filming of it. ledger's name will still be on as the joker at the end credits. he's still gonna be makein money like tupac and biggy smalls are today.

Well Two-Face is the next villain. He didn't really die at the end. As for something to replace the Joker, why not have his femme fatal take over the reigns. Im talking about Harleyquinn. It would make perfect sense that a psychologist falls in love with the Joker's state of mind. Thus engulfing her into his sick and twisted game. As for Bruce's new love interest meaning no more Rachel. It leaves the door open to bring Catwoman in. Hello everyone knows that Catwoman/Selina Kyle is the perrfect match for Batman/Bruce Wayne. I just wonder how the story will go for that.

i think the best choice (& i cant believe i'm saying but under the circumstances) is 2 have the joker killed off-screen; no one will ever be able to replace Heath's performance, ever! I'm pretty sure the screenwriters of TDK can come up with another tale as bold & epic as TDK.

I'd Luv 2 see a third movie especially with how the dark knight movie ended. However I Don't Think they cud top this movie especially in terms of the villians now that Heath is dead. I honestly wudn't mind a replacement 4 Joker Cuz i didnt even Recognize him as Heath Ledger. If sum1 was willing 2 Go as Far as He did 4 this Role then I'd actually luv 2 see how sum1 else with jus as much talent wud portray The Joker and I think it'd be sucha a Waste of Batman's Greatest Foe Just 2 Omit him. I mean he was the ultimate bad guy. There is no Greater villain than him 4 Batman. So it f they do make third the story wud have 2 be sumthing brilliant enuff 4 us 2 4get about the Joker. Because if u have a Great story the the villain won't have 2 be as great the joker was. So unless they do that the third movie will either be jus as good as the first 2 or worst cuz i can't see it toppin the second without the Joker as the villain especially if none of us 4 get the fact that he never die

Well I don't see much direction, I mean think about it. Two-Face is dead, Heath Ledger's dead and I don't think the filmmakers would be so tasteless as to replace Heath, now note that in Harvey's funeral there's no casket...Maybe Gordon and Batman put him in Arkham or somewhere? Honestly, I don't think they'll top The Dark Knight, but CHRISTOPHER NOLAN MUST COME BACK!!

Bale Nolan need be back the new DA aka Two-Face the way he goen with the comic book movie i know game the DarkKnight r come out together .

Definitely needs to be Nolan. No other director has been able to make Batman as great as Nolan has!

A CGI joker (that resembles Heath) as he doesn't have a big part in the next movie ... I think! Imagine how big the next one is going to be, hopefully all the cast stay for the next!

Another Batman would be great. As long as Christian Bale and Christopher Nolan are involved. Both have breathed life back into the film franchise. I am concerned, however, about The Joker/Heath Ledger. ***SPOILER ALERT*** Since he doesnt die at the end and is merely apprehended, and Heath Ledger has passed on, it would be hard to take either direction with the Joker. I.E. killing off the character off-screen or replacing Heath, which would be very sad in my opinion, as he was the best Joker I have ever seen.

it will be great if they make another batman but i dont think anyone could replace heath ledger he was the best joker ever!!!!!!!!!but i hope they do make another batman i know it will be awesome!!!!!!!
