Brad Pitt has returned to work just weeks after the birth of twins Knox and Vivienne - and confessed he wants more children.

Pitt - who welcomed the twins in Nice, France last month - told reporters at the Venice Film Festival on Wednesday, "The twins are fine", before raising his water glass as if to toast them before taking a sip.

The actor also hinted he and partner Angelina Jolie are considering expanding their brood. He added, "I'll have two more by next year."

Pitt and Jolie's twins were the fifth and six children to join the growing family, which includes adopted kids Maddox, seven; Pax, four; Zahara, three, and biological daughter Shiloh, two.

    Damn - he thinks he's like the most amazing sperm machine. How about they focus on raising the ones they have to a point where they don't need constant attention because they arent NEWBORNS anymore. I like them, but they should use their intelligence instead of looking at their bank account and thinking "hey, we can afford it!"
